The questions your customers
actually asked

Not keyword-tool estimates of what people might type — real threads in public communities, with the vote and answer counts that prove somebody cared enough to reply. Answer these properly and you become the page an AI engine quotes.

Be specific. "roof repair" finds far more than "roofer" — you want the thing customers have a problem with, not your job title.
This picks which communities we search. A roofer and a SaaS founder should not get the same sources.

Observed vs. generated

We show both, and we never blur the line between them.

Observed evidence

Real questions from public Q&A communities, each with its score, answer count and a link to the thread. The engagement is the point: a question with 26 answers and 292 votes is demonstrably one people care about and keep re-asking. A keyword tool cannot tell you that.

Generated prompts

Question shapes built from your topic — cost, timeline, DIY-vs-hire, selection criteria, objections. These are not evidence that anyone asked them. They are well-tested shapes worth answering, kept in their own section precisely so you never mistake a template for a finding.

On Reddit. The tools this is modelled on advertise Reddit as their source. Reddit closed free anonymous access to its JSON endpoints in 2024 — those URLs return 403 now, and reading requires OAuth with a registered app. Any tool still claiming anonymous Reddit search either has credentials it is not telling you about, or is not actually querying Reddit. We use Stack Exchange, whose API is genuinely open, and Reddit can be switched on here with free credentials.

A empty result is information. If we search six communities and your topic returns nothing, that is not a tool failure — it tells you your customers are not in public Q&A communities, and your research effort belongs somewhere else (sales calls, support tickets, your own site search logs). We show you which sources returned nothing rather than hiding it.

What to do with this result

Turn the questions into headings and write a short direct answer under each, then check the draft with the Content and Readability Analyzer. Questions that others already answer well are worth linking to, and the Unlinked Mention Finder shows who already talks about your business. Our AEO/GEO consultant service builds this into a repeatable process.
